RETURNS
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our policy provides that all items may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
The return must be notified by email to shop@ciglissime.com no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for an item to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be intact, NEVER USED, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, without imperfections, signs of wear, or signs of opening.
In accordance with Article 59, letter e) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), products belonging to the cosmetics category cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (Article 57, paragraph 1) and the return must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered. The shipment must be handled by a trackable courier and the tracking code must be communicated by email.
In the event that the parcel is lost and does not arrive at our warehouse, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions set out above.

RETURNS TO SENDER DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY
In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered to the recipient and is therefore returned to the sender, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The refunded amount will be equal to the value of the returned purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included.
If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to the sender, you will be refunded the total amount minus shipping costs. Even if you were entitled to free shipping at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by our shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing times before the refund is recorded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at shop@ciglissime.com.
