Are you having issues with your order? Please write to shop@ciglissime.com including your order number (the code consists of 4 digits and is preceded by #) and the tracking code.

Ciglissime ships from Italy and we deliver our products throughout Italy and across Europe.

We use only couriers with 24–48h delivery services such as Amazon Shipping, GLS, DHL, or a Local Courier for the provinces of Caserta and Naples.

DELIVERY TIMES

From 24–48 hours up to 6 BUSINESS days depending on the destination.

If you place your order during the weekend (from Friday to Sunday), the shipment will automatically depart on Monday.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code. If you do not receive it, you can contact us and we will assist you.

Customer support is available through our social channels and via email. We always respond quickly and are fully available for any information or clarification.

For any information about your purchase, you can contact us by providing the order identification code found in your order confirmation email. The code consists of 4 digits and is preceded by #.

FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS


The Cash on Delivery service has an additional cost of €8.00. This amount will be automatically added to your order total during checkout.

After placing an order with Cash on Delivery, you will receive a message on WhatsApp. It is necessary to confirm by clicking on "confirm order". If confirmation is not received, the order will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled.

If you do not receive the message, you may confirm your order via email.

Orders not confirmed through the methods above will be CANCELLED.

The shipment of the parcel WILL NOT take place until confirmation is received via WhatsApp. Once confirmation is received, we will proceed with the preparation and shipment of the order.

Policy for Cash on Delivery Orders and Refusal of Payment


1. Binding Value of the Order: Submitting an order, including orders placed with Cash on Delivery, constitutes a method of concluding the purchase contract. Therefore, the customer is required to collect the parcel and complete the payment.

2. Right of Withdrawal: The customer always has the right to exercise the withdrawal right within 14 days from delivery, as provided by law. However, the customer must inform the seller of their intention to withdraw from the contract, following the procedures specified in our terms and conditions. In such case, the customer may return the goods without additional costs and without providing any justification.

3. Refusal of the Parcel: If the customer refuses the parcel without previously communicating their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, this will be considered a breach of contract. Such behavior entitles the seller to request payment for the shipped goods and compensation for damages, as well as the inclusion of the customer in an exclusion list.

4. Exclusion List: Customers who refuse to pay for a parcel without a valid justification will be added to an exclusion list. This means that they will no longer be able to place orders on our website, regardless of the payment method chosen.
