Are you having issues with your order? Please write to shop@ciglissime.com including your order number (the code consists of 4 digits and is preceded by #) and the tracking code.
Ciglissime ships from Italy and we deliver our products throughout Italy and across Europe.
We use only couriers with 24–48h delivery services such as Amazon Shipping, GLS, DHL, or a Local Courier for the provinces of Caserta and Naples.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code. If you do not receive it, you can contact us and we will assist you.
For any information about your purchase, you can contact us by providing the order identification code found in your order confirmation email. The code consists of 4 digits and is preceded by #.
The Cash on Delivery service has an additional cost of €8.00. This amount will be automatically added to your order total during checkout.
After placing an order with Cash on Delivery, you will receive a message on WhatsApp. It is necessary to confirm by clicking on "confirm order". If confirmation is not received, the order will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled.
If you do not receive the message, you may confirm your order via email.
Orders not confirmed through the methods above will be CANCELLED.
The shipment of the parcel WILL NOT take place until confirmation is received via WhatsApp. Once confirmation is received, we will proceed with the preparation and shipment of the order.

Policy for Cash on Delivery Orders and Refusal of Payment
1. Binding Value of the Order: Submitting an order, including orders placed with Cash on Delivery, constitutes a method of concluding the purchase contract. Therefore, the customer is required to collect the parcel and complete the payment.
